Legacy Mountain Resort is a development on 400 acres, in development by Legacy Homes, LLC and managed by Smoky Mountain Property Management.
Phase 1 of development was completed in 2008 and includes amenities such as a clubhouse, pavillion, spa, and swimming pools. Phase 1 consists of 91 rental cabins.
