What time is check-in and check-out?
You may check in to your cabin anytime after 3:00 PM on your day of arrival. Check out is at 10:00 AM on your departure date.
When will I receive an email confirmation?
You will receive an email confirmation as soon as you have reserved and made a deposit on a rental.
Please note : Some email filters consider automated email as spam; for this reason occasionally confirmation emails are put into the spam folder. If you have not received a confirmation email please check your spam folder.
What discounts or specials do you offer?
We do offer seasonal discounts, specials, and sometimes offer cheap cabin promotional rates. For all current discounts please check our Discounts and Specials available for our Smoky Mountain Cabins for our most up-to-date offers and seasonal discounts.

We offer Military and AAA Discounts
Active duty military personnel can receive a 10 percent discount at the time of check in by presenting their military ID. AAA Members can receive a 10 percent discount at the time of check in by presenting their membership ID.

Please note: Only one discount is available per reservation. Specials cannot be combined. Promotions are for new reservations only. Holidays and weekends are excluded unless otherwise noted.
What is your availability and rates?

Do I need to bring my own linens?
Each cabin is equipped with 1 set of towels (1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, and 1 wash cloth) for each person the cabin is capable of sleeping. Each bed is ready for sleeping and extra linens are available in the closets for all sleeper sofas and futons.
Do I need to bring my own pots, pans and dishes?
Each cabin is equipped with pots and pans of various sizes. The cabin also has enough dishes for at least one meal for the number of people the cabin can sleep.
When are the fireplaces available for use?
October to April.
What is the minimum age for a rental?
21 years of age is the minimun age to rent a cabin.
What is there to do in the area?

What is the minimum length of stay?
2 nights is the minimum length of stay.
Do your cabins have high speed internet access?
Some of the cabins that are specifically noted offer high speed internet.
What is the pet policy?

Is the pet fee refundable?
No the pet fee is not refundable.
Where is the nearest airport?
Knoxville, TN (TYS) is the nearest airport. The airport is approximately 50 miles from the office. Other airports which may offer better fares 90 Miles - Asheville, NC (AVL) 200 Miles - Charlotte, NC (CLT), Atlanta, GA (ATL) Nashville, TN (BNA)
